Connect calendars and accounts
Use Settings > Accounts to connect the services you want Dainvo to use.
What can be connected
Dainvo supports these integration areas:
- Calendars: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, and CalDAV.
- Tasks: local tasks, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, and TickTick.
- Email task capture: Gmail and Outlook Email.
- Online meetings: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
Google and Microsoft accounts can enable multiple features from the same connected account. For example, one Google account can enable Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Tasks, and Gmail. One Microsoft account can enable Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft To Do, and Outlook Email.
Connect an account
- Open Settings > Accounts.
- Choose the provider or feature you want to add.
- Complete the browser sign-in or provider form.
- Approve the requested permissions.
- Return to Dainvo and let the first sync finish.
Apple Calendar and CalDAV use direct credential forms instead of a browser OAuth flow.
Sync, reconnect, and remove
Use Sync now when you want Dainvo to push pending changes and pull new updates.
Use Reconnect when the account is still listed but Dainvo needs fresh permissions or a new token.
Use Remove to delete the stored provider connection from Dainvo. Removing a connection from Dainvo does not delete events, tasks, email, or meetings in the provider account. For OAuth providers, you can also revoke Dainvo from the provider account settings.
Integration limit
Free accounts can have up to 4 active integrations. If you reach the limit, remove or disable an integration before adding another one.
Privacy note
Dainvo should only show safe account summary information such as display name, email, provider, and connection state. Tokens and raw provider credentials should never appear in the app UI.
