Google Meet integration
Google Meet lets Dainvo add Google Meet conference details to supported Google Calendar events.
Requirements
Google Meet in Dainvo requires a connected Google account with Google Calendar enabled. Dainvo creates the meeting link through the calendar event flow, not as a separate standalone meeting record.
Install
- Open Settings > Accounts.
- Choose Add Google Meet.
- Sign in with the Google account you use for Google Calendar.
- Approve the requested Google permissions.
- Create or edit an event on a Google calendar and choose Google Meet as the meeting provider.
If the account is already connected, Dainvo can enable Google Meet on that account instead of adding another Google account.
Remove
- Open Settings > Accounts.
- Disable Google Meet on the connected Google account, or remove the Google account if you no longer use any Google feature.
- Revoke Dainvo in Google Account settings if you want to remove provider-side access.
Removing the integration does not delete past Google Meet links from existing calendar events.
Troubleshooting
- Google Meet option missing: connect Google Calendar first.
- Event saves without a Meet link: reconnect Google and approve the requested permissions.
- Provider policy block: ask your Google Workspace administrator whether Meet creation is allowed for your account.
