Outlook Calendar integration

Outlook Calendar lets Dainvo show and manage supported Microsoft calendars.

What syncs​

Dainvo can import calendars and events, create and edit supported events, update availability, and process pending local changes when you sync.

Supported behavior depends on the Microsoft account type and calendar permissions.

Install​

  1. Open Settings > Accounts.
  2. Choose Microsoft or Add Outlook Calendar.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  4. Approve calendar access.
  5. Return to Dainvo and wait for the first sync.

If Microsoft is already connected for another feature, choose Add Outlook Calendar to enable calendar sync on that account.

Remove​

  1. Open Settings > Accounts.
  2. Disable Outlook Calendar on the Microsoft account, or remove the whole Microsoft connection.
  3. For work or school accounts, revoke app permissions in the Microsoft My Apps portal if needed.

Removing the connection from Dainvo does not delete calendar events in Outlook.

Troubleshooting​

  • Admin approval required: ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to approve the requested delegated permissions.
  • Missing calendars: use Sync now.
  • Permission errors: use Reconnect and approve calendar access.
  • Shared calendar issues: confirm your Microsoft account has edit access to that shared calendar.
