Webex integration

Webex lets Dainvo schedule and manage supported Webex meetings from the event workflow.

What syncs​

Dainvo uses Webex OAuth and meeting scheduling permissions. When you create or edit an event that uses Webex, Dainvo can create, update, read, or delete the associated Webex meeting and keep the join information on the event.

Install​

  1. Open Settings > Accounts.
  2. Choose Connect Webex.
  3. Sign in to Webex in the browser.
  4. Approve the requested meeting scheduling permissions.
  5. Return to Dainvo.
  6. Create or edit an event and choose Webex as the meeting provider.

Remove​

  1. Open Settings > Accounts.
  2. Find Webex.
  3. Use Remove and confirm.
  4. In Webex App Hub or Webex Meetings preferences, disconnect or revoke Dainvo if you want provider-side access removed.

Removing Webex from Dainvo does not delete existing Webex meetings unless you delete or cancel them through the event workflow before removing the integration.

Troubleshooting​

  • Connect unavailable: install a build configured with Webex OAuth credentials.
  • Permission error: reconnect Webex and approve meeting scheduling access.
  • Token expired or revoked: use Reconnect.
  • Existing meeting cannot update: confirm the meeting still exists in Webex and belongs to the connected Webex account.
